The position is responsible for providing expertise, solutions, effective execution, and adoption of key initiatives related to digitalization of People & Organization (HR & Admin) tools and strategies. This role will partner with P&O Centre of Excellence teams, Information Technology, and other key stakeholders to articulate the organization's digital experience strategy to provide technology solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and synthesize data and ideas to translate into action.
The role reports directly to the Head of People Experience and has 01 person reporting directly into it.
What does Stream Head Solution Architect do?Lead the Digital HR strategy of implementing, supporting, and managing the process transitions and HR Automation and Digitization Initiatives.
Evaluate technical solutions provided by partners and ensure feasibility as per the business needs.
Evaluate and justify business needs to make it more effective in terms of financial and business requirements.
Ensure on-time project delivery and security governance compliance.
Ensure a high-quality end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service access.
Guide the short-term and long-term resolution of end-user queries escalated regarding HR systems, i.e., Jazz People hub and Jazz People App.
Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization. Develop best practice expertise to ensure the ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Sciences. At least 5-7 years of experience in HR digitalization with an understanding of HR processes.
Understanding of HR Digital systems and processes.
Proficiency in SQL, PHP, and Dot Net.
Database knowledge.
Reporting, dashboard, and analytics skills.
Process improvement and automation.
UI and UX knowledge.
Strong strategic and agile thinking.
Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
Stakeholder management, negotiation skills, decision making, problem solving, and innovative solution orientation.
