CAD Technician

CAD Technician with 5+ years experience required to join a multidisciplinary consulting engineering practice employing 40 staff in Kilkenny. With over 35 years in business they use their unique expertise to ensure they deliver the highest standard for their clients as a leading provider of consultancy services. The successful CAD Technician will be involved in a significant number of residential, educational and healthcare projects and takes a particular pride in providing innovative and cost-effective solutions to the engineering design of modern facilities. Projects: Large multistorey apartment blocks Large healthcare centres Large education centres and school buildings Role & Requirements: 5+ years experience as a CAD technician Good knowledge of both AutoCAD and Revit Good knowledge of engineering calculations a bonus Liaise with the architect and site where necessary on drawings Respond to all contractor queries in a timely fashion Actively engage in CPD and training.
