Job SpecificationPreferably MBA / Master's Degree, with minimum 10 years of core experience in a reputed company, having excellent track record.The ability to lead and manage a team is essential, as are strong negotiation and influencing skills.You should be able to think strategically and act independently within corporate goals and policies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.You should also have a proven experience in an industrial product environment, covering commercial aspects coupled with an operational understanding.
