The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client’s business - particularly investment - and keeping day to day activities running smoothly. We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Investment Manager with our awesome team in Carat Melbourne! The role: As the Investment Manager , you are responsible for managing the investment deliverables for our wonderful clients with a strong focus on TV, OOH and all Traditional media. You will take ownership of managing the campaign processes for placement and tracking, whilst keeping clients up to date on media performance. Core responsibilities:
- Full accountability for the end-to-end investment process; briefing, booking, negotiating and buying media
- To ensure workflow is seamless and innovate processes where required to improve operational efficiencies
- Support contract negotiations on behalf of client’s investment
- Manage the workflow and quality of investment deliverables that are managed by the Executive and Associate levels
- Support Director in accurately forecasting media billings by media owner
- Ensure all media bookings are being processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Proven ability working highly effectively with media owner partners
- Demonstrated success in delivering team productivity and buying audit goals to local and global stakeholders
- Great attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team
- Strong communication and numeracy skills with excellent negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Strong skillset using platforms and tech such as TVMap, Roy Morgan, Fusion, Spectra and other relevant media tools
- Able to compare cost/reach/impact across channels and relevancy to the campaign approach, understanding key metrics per medium and data sources
