We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, effective resource management, and the smooth execution of development processes. This role is essential to maintaining cross-departmental coordination and providing high-quality service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced English level (German language will be a plus)
- Proven experience in delivery management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage financials and revenue forecasting.
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales Support:
- Participate in client workshops and project scoping.
- Validate commercial proposals and resource planning.
- Supervise ongoing projects during pre-sale activities.
- Financial Oversight:
- Control P&L on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Monitor potential deviations and react accordingly.
- Manage revenue projections and quarterly planning (revenue, delivery margin, appraisals, upsales).
- Client Management:
- Oversee invoicing, debt collection, and contract updates.
- Lead delivery status updates and gather client feedback (NPS).
- Develop upsell plans and identify new service opportunities.
- Team Leadership:
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with project managers and work on their professional development plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers, QA, designers) to ensure effective project execution.
- Handle team conflicts and provide problem resolution.
- Project Management (collaboration with PMs):
- Ensure smooth project delivery through regular audits and daily status validation.
- Plan and allocate resources to optimize team workload.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Reporting and Governance:
- Verify resource plans, monitor budgets, and approve overtime.
- Ensure the accuracy of vendor and internal reports.
- Process Optimization:
- Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.
- Continuously improve methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
