Job Title: Sales/Business Development Representative (PJ) Location: Hybrid / Remote (Depends on Experience and need) Job Type: PJ (Independent Contractor) Mandatory Requirement:
- Fluency in English (Advance).
- Experience supporting US Market
- Sales / Business development experience in Staffing/Recruiting or Outsourcing field.
- Exposure to Sales Navigator or HubSpot or related tools.
- Rua Oscar Freire, Pinheiros - SP
- Braganca Paulista, SP
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Build relationships with potential clients and support ongoing account management.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or outsourcing.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
