Deployment Engineer

Location: Primarily Remote, occasionally on-site as needed Employment Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level About the Role: LENS Corporation is seeking a  Deployment Engineer to join our team! In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting our advanced video management and surveillance solutions for demo and client sites — primarily in a remote capacity. • Remote System Deployment & Configuration: Assist in remotely configuring and deploying video management systems for client and demo sites.
• Technical Support: Provide real-time support to resolve system setup, software, and connectivity issues.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact during deployments, providing excellent customer service and escalating complex issues when needed.
• User Training & Documentation: Guide clients through virtual training sessions and maintain thorough documentation of deployment and support activities.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform software updates and maintenance to ensure systems operate smoothly.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in a technical support or IT field (trainees are also welcome).
• Technical Skills: Understanding of network configurations, IP setup, and software installation. Familiarity with video surveillance systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
• Mobility: Comfortable working remotely, with the flexibility to travel for occasional on-site deployments.
