Oppo India is hiring for a Deputy General Manager, who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with the company's important clients, formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve the company's business growth and improvement of client satisfaction. Experience: 15-20 Years Education: Bachelor Degree or above Job Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management • Build, expand and maintain good business relationships with key clients to ensure continuous improvement of client satisfaction and loyalty. • Communicate with key clients regularly to understand their business needs and development trends, and provide personalized solutions. • Coordinate internal resources to solve problems and challenges encountered by clients during the cooperation process and respond to client feedback in a timely manner. Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution • Formulate sales strategies and plans for key clients, clarify sales targets and action plans. • Analyze market trends and competitors' situations, and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge. • Be responsible for the negotiation, signing and contract execution of key client projects to ensure the achievement of sales performance. Team Management and Collaboration • Lead and manage the key account sales team, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets. • Provide training and guidance to enhance the sales skills and professional knowledge level of team members. • Collaborate closely with other departments (such as marketing, technology, after-sales, etc.) to ensure the provision of high-quality one-stop services for key clients. Business Expansion and Growth • Explore potential key clients, expand business fields and market share. • Promote the promotion and application of new products and services among key clients to create new business growth points. • Track the sales performance and market share of key clients, conduct data analysis and reporting to provide a basis for the company's decision-making.
