We are presently recruiting for a Production Analyst for a premium food brand in Little Island. As a Production Data Analyst for a premium food brand, you will analyze and interpret production data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the company owners and production teams and provide insights that drive performance improvements, cost reductions, and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. This is a permanent position with the opportunity of hybrid working week offered. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Collaborate with production managers to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  4. Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Monitor production costs, forecasting, and inventory levels to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  6. Ensure data integrity by validating and reconciling datasets across systems.
  7. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Assist in implementing new technologies and processes for data capture and analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in a food manufacturing or regulated manufacturing environment is essential.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Salary in the region of €45 – €55,000 is offered along with pension and additional perks to be discussed at interview stage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
