About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team: The Public Ownership team within the Deals, Ownership and Institutional Profiles Cluster (DOI) is primarily responsible for collection, linking, and maintenance of the shareholdings data for publicly listed companies globally. Ownership data is sourced through different filings, annual reports, and exchange notifications and then linked to the respective owners. The Impact: This role is within the Public Ownership operation group. It will be responsible for driving the quality of the Public Ownership dataset. In addition to day-to-day interaction within the team, this role would require working with peers, involvement in process improvement projects, and interaction with cross-location teams. This position is an excellent stepping-stone to understand the Public Ownership domain, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of investment data and analytics in the marketplace and apply this knowledge to your daily responsibilities. Responsibilities:

  1. Independently handle projects/workflows or any other task at hand delivering high quality and within deadlines.
  2. Deep dive into data analysis of each allocated project and drive discussions to closure with stakeholders on workflow/procedure improvement through findings.
  3. Deliver on predefined individual and team targets.
  4. Carry out process trainings for new hires as well as refresher sessions, ensuring procedures are aligned across ownership teams and training manuals are updated with the latest guidelines.
  5. Understand the overall working of the dataset, be aware of the workflows, and have strong working knowledge of work tools.
  6. Provide inputs and ideas for new SQL reports, process improvement, and product enhancements related to the dataset.
  7. Identify new projects, lean/automation ideas, new policy proposals, and enhancements as part of daily work.
  8. Actively communicate and collaborate with other stakeholders within the ownership vertical.
  9. Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team.
  10. Complete Learning Exchange Courses as discussed with the manager and mandatory trainings on LX within deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage communication effectively and independently with different stakeholders.
  3. Able to carry out day-to-day BAU work with minimal assistance.
  4. Expert understanding of the process.
  5. Good grasp of own as well as mentees' work.
  6. Able to multi-task across different projects and allocations.
  7. Project managed at least one lean or automation project in the last year (automation project approved by the RPA team).
  8. Acquired an additional tech skill (SQL/VBA/Power BI/Tableau) and used the skill to successfully deliver a project/add value to the team.
  9. Expert understanding of day-to-day work tools like Celsus, CTS, and Pathfinder tools.
  10. Comfortable with both CIQ and MI platforms.
  11. Articulate and fluent communication.
