Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled sales manager with a proven track record in The Saudi Market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales strategies tailored to The Saudi Market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in The Saudi Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and do competitor analysis to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management.
  • Experience in sales management and leading sales teams in The Saudi Market.
  • Proven Experience specifically in The Building Materials Sector
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
