Position Overview The Senior Services Account Executive is responsible for the development and growth of new Services business and maintaining effective relationships with senior executives in assigned account(s). This role represents the SAP Services organization from a sales and business development perspective and is a key contributor to the overall success of customer and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities

  1. Account and Stakeholder Management: Build a foundation within assigned account(s) for future Services business opportunities. Understand each key customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape. Act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer, establishing and developing the SAP footprint. Deliver comprehensive Services account plans to address customer priorities and pain points.
  2. Commercial Accountability: Accountable for booking and revenue Services targets for assigned account(s). Manage opportunities and bids, ensuring compliance with governance processes. Advance and close sales opportunities through successful execution of the sales strategy.
  3. Service Delivery Management: Ensure sales hand-over to delivery, ensuring contracts are in place and teams can mobilize per contract obligations.
  4. Collaborative Working Environment: Act as a key team member within the extended Sales Account Executive teams. Treat customers and colleagues with respect and strong collaboration with the SAP ecosystem and technology partners.
Functional Experience 10+ years of direct quota carrying selling experience in the enterprise software and services industry. Demonstrated success with medium to large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns. Proven track record in business application software and/or services sales within large accounts. Partner Ecosystem Expertise Knowledge of SAP's Partners, Competitors, and the regional IT Industry. Effective collaboration & management of the SAP partner ecosystem relative to the assigned account(s). International Experience Experience with large Multinational Customers and working in other countries and regions is desirable. Education Bachelor or Master's Degree (MBA would be advantageous). Professional Training and Certification High level of recognized sales training including advanced negotiation skills. Language Requirement Fluency in English and Arabic National Language.
