We are currently expanding and actively seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time Assistant Genetic Farm Manager. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Genetic Farm Manager, encompassing daily administration, overseeing farm operations, and managing employee tasks at our Beatty Barn, located 15 minutes west of Melfort, SK. This position reports directly to the Genetic Farm Manager of Beatty Barn.This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions, but is not limited to:Leadership: Work closely with the farm manager to provide leadership and guidance to all team members.Help Provide coaching and training on job requirements, SOPs, biosecurity protocols, health, and safety regulations, and fostering an inclusive work environment.Policies and Procedures: Ensure all team members follow established SOPs and adhere to animal welfare and biosecurity requirements.
