They act as the linking pin between the business and IT, ensuring that the finance module delivers maximum value to the organization. Their ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the equation is key to the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of the system.What you bring to the jobProduct Owner in OFC ERP for FinanceBusiness Acumen: Deep understanding of finance operations, processes, and challenges. Knowledge of how Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP can be leveraged to solve these business problems and enhance operational efficiency.Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align product development efforts with strategic business goals. Understanding of how changes in the business environment (e.g., regulatory, economic) can impact system requirements.Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing expectations and priorities of diverse stakeholder groups, including finance users, IT teams, and executive leadership.Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Proficient in eliciting detailed business requirements from stakeholders and prioritizing these based on value, complexity, and strategic importance. Ability to translate these requirements into clear and actionable user stories for the development team.Backlog Management: Maintaining a prioritized list of user stories and product enhancements, ensuring the development team always works on the most valuable tasks. Balancing new features, maintenance, and technical debt.Product Roadmap Development: Creating and communicating a clear vision of the product, including short-term and long-term goals. Planning and forecasting releases that align with business objectives.SkillsLeadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the development team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to articulate the product vision and the value of individual features or changes.Analytical and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to assess user feedback, product performance, and market trends. Ability to make informed decisions quickly, often with incomplete information, and take responsibility for outcomes.Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools.
