Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent to contribute to the success of our organization. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates to generate interest in job opportunities.
- Screening and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and consolidate input for decision-making.
- Assessment and Selection:
- Administer relevant assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
- Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate salary and other terms of employment.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress for management review.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition officer or in a similar recruitment role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
