Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our dynamic IT team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience by providing end-user support, attending to IT tickets, writing knowledge articles and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This role offers a blend of remote and on-site support opportunities, allowing you to develop technical skills in various environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users by resolving issues related to access issues, password and MFA setup, Microsoft Products, Windows OS, laptop and printer setup.
  • Ticket Management: Attend to IT support tickets through Jira Service Management, diagnose issues, and lead to resolution.
  • Documentation: Write and maintain knowledge articles to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support process.
  • Remote and On-Site Support: Offer support both remotely and on-site as required, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user productivity.
  • Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and repair laptop hardware issues, including memory upgrades, hard drive replacements, and other hardware-related tasks.
  • Printer Setup and Configuration: Assist in the installation and configuration of printers, ensuring they are fully operational for end-users.
  • Learning Opportunity: Gain exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, enhancing your understanding of identity and access management.

Requirements
