The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology, with a specialized focus on Change Management. With a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, you will play a critical role in guiding our organization through transformative changes, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, informed, and equipped to adapt effectively. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on various teams and departments.
  • Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the change vision and updates to all stakeholders.
  • Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to navigate changes.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Promote a culture of adaptability and resilience within the organization, encouraging employees to embrace change.
  • Prepare and present reports on change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Completion of a Change Management course or module is required.
Experience :
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing complex change initiatives.
