This full-time and maternity cover position (minimum 10 months) is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to the development of Vistra target Real Estate platform, Yardi Voyager. Purpose of Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst to oversee our Fund Services Technology – Real Estate development projects. This includes report developments for our Business and Clients and functionality improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager schema, SQL and various report types (Scripted, SSRS, YSR etc.) The Senior Technical Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Yardi, quality assurance engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that project goals are met, and quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle. Key responsibilities:
Managing the items on Operations Technology – Fund Services backlog recorded as developments, working closely with Yardi, the Yardi Voyager support team, the Business and Vistra’s Clients
Reviewing and overseeing Requirement Gathering/scoping documents prepared by the Business Analysts
Managing the design and creation and control key operational Yardi Voyager modules
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables
Collaborating with the Yardi Voyager support team and the Business on any issues relating to data or bug fixes
Assist with extraction, import (into Yardi) and assist business teams to reconcile financial and non-financial data
Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors
A key subject matter expert resource for global real estate projects and initiatives
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as directed/necessitated to ensure group success and progress towards the digital transformation strategy
Key requirements:
6-8 years Yardi Voyager system experience
Technical proficiency in SQL, coding & user interface creation
Advanced knowledge of Yardi report development and report types (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Custom Analytics)
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager schema
Experience of data-extraction and client onboarding processes relating to Yardi, including use of ETL tools for accounting data migration
Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau
Experience with documenting and tracking stored procedures/code in tools such as Jithub
Proven track-record of successful delivery of critical projects
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Significant experience in Stakeholder Management, Program Delivery and Functional Specification.
Good communicator at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines
Strong leadership and management skills

This includes report developments for our Business and Clients and functionality improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager schema, SQL and various report types (Scripted, SSRS, YSR etc.) The Senior Technical Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Yardi, quality assurance engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that project goals are met, and quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle. </p><p></p><p><b> Key responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Managing the items on Operations Technology – Fund Services backlog recorded as developments, working closely with Yardi, the Yardi Voyager support team, the Business and Vistra’s Clients </li><li> Reviewing and overseeing Requirement Gathering/scoping documents prepared by the Business Analysts </li><li> Managing the design and creation and control key operational Yardi Voyager modules </li><li> Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables </li><li> Collaborating with the Yardi Voyager support team and the Business on any issues relating to data or bug fixes </li><li> Assist with extraction, import (into Yardi) and assist business teams to reconcile financial and non-financial data </li><li> Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors </li><li> A key subject matter expert resource for global real estate projects and initiatives </li><li> Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as directed/necessitated to ensure group success and progress towards the digital transformation strategy </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Key requirements: </b></p><ul><li>6-8 years Yardi Voyager system experience </li><li> Technical proficiency in SQL, coding &amp; user interface creation </li><li> Advanced knowledge of Yardi report development and report types (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Custom Analytics)</li><li> Knowledge of Yardi Voyager schema </li><li> Experience of data-extraction and client onboarding processes relating to Yardi, including use of ETL tools for accounting data migration </li><li> Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau </li><li> Experience with documenting and tracking stored procedures/code in tools such as Jithub </li><li> Proven track-record of successful delivery of critical projects </li><li> Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. </li><li> Significant experience in Stakeholder Management, Program Delivery and Functional Specification. </li><li> Good communicator at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines </li><li> Strong leadership and management skills </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Company Benefits: </b></p><p> At our Vistra GSC office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first! This includes report developments for our Business and Clients and functionality improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager schema, SQL and various report types (Scripted, SSRS, YSR etc.) The Senior Technical Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Yardi, quality assurance engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that project goals are met, and quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle. </p><p></p><p><b> Key responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Managing the items on Operations Technology – Fund Services backlog recorded as developments, working closely with Yardi, the Yardi Voyager support team, the Business and Vistra’s Clients </li><li> Reviewing and overseeing Requirement Gathering/scoping documents prepared by the Business Analysts </li><li> Managing the design and creation and control key operational Yardi Voyager modules </li><li> Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables </li><li> Collaborating with the Yardi Voyager support team and the Business on any issues relating to data or bug fixes </li><li> Assist with extraction, import (into Yardi) and assist business teams to reconcile financial and non-financial data </li><li> Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors </li><li> A key subject matter expert resource for global real estate projects and initiatives </li><li> Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as directed/necessitated to ensure group success and progress towards the digital transformation strategy </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Key requirements: </b></p><ul><li>6-8 years Yardi Voyager system experience </li><li> Technical proficiency in SQL, coding &amp; user interface creation </li><li> Advanced knowledge of Yardi report development and report types (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Custom Analytics)</li><li> Knowledge of Yardi Voyager schema </li><li> Experience of data-extraction and client onboarding processes relating to Yardi, including use of ETL tools for accounting data migration </li><li> Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau </li><li> Experience with documenting and tracking stored procedures/code in tools such as Jithub </li><li> Proven track-record of successful delivery of critical projects </li><li> Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. </li><li> Significant experience in Stakeholder Management, Program Delivery and Functional Specification. </li><li> Good communicator at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines </li><li> Strong leadership and management skills </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Company Benefits: </b></p><p> At our Vistra GSC office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
