Title:Senior Engineering Engineer/Engineering ManagerResponsibilities:Your work performance will be based on assigned territories to achieve sales results, develop new customers, evaluate proposals, and source products and equipment.Source reliable factories/suppliers/products/machinery/equipment in China, PRC related to marine/industrial turbochargers.Provide consultation to the commercial, technical, and management teams about customer feedback and values related to turbochargers.Advise management on sourcing and integrating new machinery/equipment/products to shorten service man-hours and improve efficiency for sales and service work.Assist in technical infrastructure and system software setup for development, improving workshop/operation management and working efficiency by using IT technology/machinery/equipment.Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a keen entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work individually in assigned countries with remote support.Strong presentation, negotiation skills, and project management abilities.Provide feedback on long-term new product and market opportunities.Perform other related activities as assigned by your MD.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's Degree or equivalent.Minimum 5 years experience in Mechanical Engineering, Procurement, and Business Development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
