Role Overview: HR Business Partner Our client, a charity based in Dublin North, is seeking an HR Business Partner on a temporary contract for 3-6 months. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced HR professional ready to deliver strategic support across the organisation, partnering closely with senior leaders and operational teams to drive impactful HR initiatives and build on the charitys mission. Title: HR Business Partner Location: Dublin North (Hybrid Working Available) Contract Type: Temporary Contract (3-6 months) Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to align HR strategy with organisational goals Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives, ensuring the charity attracts and retains top talent Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices Drive employee engagement and organisational development initiatives Support payroll, benefits, and other administrative HR functions as required Partner on key projects and provide insights to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Business Partnering or senior HR roles Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; and CIPD qualification. Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and strategic HR practices Proven track record in employee relations, policy development, and talent management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the charity or non-profit sector is advantageous This HR Business Partner role offers the chance to make a substantial impact within a leading charity, supporting teams committed to positive change.
