Morgan McKinley are excited to be partnering exclusively with an Irish Media Organisation based in South-West Dublin, this is an excellent opportunity for a strong Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) to join, initially on a temporary basis with a strong view for permanency. You will report directly to the Owner and work across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Part-time role (3 days per week onsite) €26,000 Initial 3-Month temporary position with a strong view for permanency On-site parking available Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to take on a part-time (3 days per week) role, initially on a 3-month contract with a very strong view to permanent. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable activities within a well-established team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain broad experience in a growing organisation. Responsibilities: Processing invoices, to a value of approximately 100k per week. Conducting payroll services for 30+ staff Processing 50+ unique and high value invoices per month. Preparing Bank, Credit and Debit reconciliations Managing supplier and vendor relationships, prepare and execute supplier payments Preparing and processing expenses through Excel Preparing weekly payment runs & VAT returns. Conducting credit control and accounts receivable tasks Collaborating with internal stakeholders, confirming payment and invoice approvals. Record supplier payments and supplier invoices Contribution to the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of Accounts Assistant experience minimum. Experience dealing with payments, receivable and reconciliations. Manual and automated invoice processing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with a small team. Strong IT skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
