Therefore, we are constantly working to bridge the gap between traditional legal processes and modern, user-friendly software.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced User Experience Designer with preferably extensive skills in User Interface Design. At Daccs, every project presents new challenges; projects can take place globally, with diverse users and varying client needs. Therefore, designing our solutions as efficiently and user-friendly as possible is a challenge in every project. Our organisation aims to facilitate access to justice for large groups in a modern way, utilising new technologies and appealing interfaces. As a UX Designer, it's your responsibility to achieve this from the perspective of User Experience and where possible, also User Interface.Your responsibilities:Customer and User Needs Analysis: Gather and comprehend both our clients and users needs for our solutions. Translate these into intelligent user task flows and effectively present them to the client and the team.Wireframing and UI Development: Design development-ready wireframes in Figma, including landing pages, onboarding processes, and management processes, based on user task flows, brand guidelines, and our existing UI components.Collaborative UX Design: Collaborate with both the business and development team, focusing on creating a user experience aimed at achieving goals in the most performant and time-efficient manner.UI Library Management and UX Process: Manage the UI library alongside the development team and oversee the entire UX process to ensure usability and future scalability.Solution Development: Work closely with the business aspect of the company to develop new solutions in new markets or expand existing ones, with the aim of better supporting our clients and their users in the future.What We Ask:Proven experience as a UX (UI) designer.Experience with international clients.High proficiency in Figma.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).Thorough knowledge of Scrum (Jira).Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX (UI) design.Experience working in an agile team.Ownership of your work and a commitment to excellence.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Option to obtain shares and grow with our organisation.Opportunity to work remotely.31 paid holiday days based on a 40-hour work week.Travel allowance for your commute.Does this sound like you?
