Logistics Coordinator- Parts Support

We are committed to driving the future of transportation with cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach.Our cars have finally arrived in Europe, and with several markets on our expansion roadmap, there has never been a better time to join the team.The roleHere at Zeekr EU HQ, we are hiring a Logistics Coordinator - Parts Support for our growing aftersales team.This is what you will do most of the time: Support complete purchasing and ordering process to China Zeekr Aftersales and external suppliers. Monitor the complete logistic flow and be responsible for all administrative logistic activities including customs and return flow process. Support forecasting and stock monitoring process. Secure the Spare Part Master Data in the current ERP system. Track the POs from Workshops, Backorders and POs from China. Monitor and report on a weekly basis. Follow the relevant KPIs. Create user manuals for complete end-to-end spare parts supply - logistic and inventory flow. Secure the complete end-to-end logistic flow for spare parts in the system. Support setting up complete new part and new supplier in the system. Secure the master data is completed to place an order for new parts to new suppliers. First contact person between Workshops and Parts and Logistics for supply and logistics related issues, questions, requests. Train and secure correct ordering process from external workshops and partners. Takes initiative in identifying and resolving issues around stock and inventory. To be successful in the role you should demonstrate the following: Previous automotive parts (or equivalent) experience, or experience in an allied industry. Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, & Power Point are required. Experience in Power BI or Tableau and MRP systems preferred. Strong follow-up skills, as well as the ability to manage several projects at the same time. Solid written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and a good team player. Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Desire to learn with the motivation to continue to grow in this fast-paced environment.
