This role is for a site based Communications Officer. The position will outline the methodology for ensuring public relations obligations for the project are met. This shall include evaluating the effectiveness and quality of PR activities and outcomes and regular reporting to the Senior Resident Engineer.Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Oversee the public relations requirements of the project that include the stakeholders are identified and informed of various works activities being undertaken and their impactApplying a complaints procedure and enquiry management systemQuantitative and qualitative analysis of complaints and enquiries and reporting the same on a monthly basis.Leading or supporting the creative development process for communication material, including but not limited to print, photography and onlineEnsuring potential risks and issues are identified early and strategic management and mitigation tactics are implemented.Highlighting project milestones and opportunities for positive PR activities (e.g. media opportunities)Coordination with other communications and PR officers working on Group-1 projects.Attending and at times leading both internal and external meetings with s" /> This role is for a site based Communications Officer.
