Our client, a leading player in asset management and development in the renewable energy space, is looking for an Asset Contract Administrator to join their asset management team. You would be responsible for ensuring the compliance of several solar and storage assets to safety, quality, and performance contractual agreements, rules, and regulations. We are looking for someone with first-hand technical experience that you have gained whilst optimising the IRR of projects in the energy industry. Your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills mean working with an interdisciplinary team across international locations is a breeze. Education Requirements Bachelors degree in relevant field Experience Requirements 3+ years of experience in contract management within the energy sector Experience working in and with teams in a multinational environment Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement First-hand experience with optimising the IRR of energy projects Responsibilities In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring proper storage of documents according to company policy, translating documents into tasks, and ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations. You would additionally identify, describe, quantify, and evaluate project opportunities and risks, draft letters, claims, and collect evidence per contractual requirements. Furthermore, you would coordinate project-related information with the asset management team, whilst simultaneously utilising, maintaining, and improving document management tools. Part of your day-to-day would see you participating in asset management team meetings, company meetings, handover meetings, and appraisals as needed. Finally, you would perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
