Senior Expat QS / Contracts Admin - Build & CivilInternational Contractor is looking to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Contracts Administrators to manage large-scale building & infrastructure projects in Doha.Typical project values range from EUR50M+.Salary: EUR80-100K tax-free with full expat package.Minimum Requirements: - Diploma / Degree qualified - MCInstCES / RICS advantageous - 10 years build or civil QS experience, preferably with an established contractor - Irish / UK experience preferred, as would be some GCC experience - Planning experience with Primavera or MS Project advantageous - Developing, implementing, and monitoring cost control mechanisms for the contracts, including financial statements - Document control procedures, reviewing, and verifying all contract documentation - Preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from clients and third parties.About The Company:Alpine Recruitment Group is a Professional and Technical Recruitment Consultancy.
