We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to contribute to our HR and Payroll Administration Department.Responsibilities:Industrial Relations (IR):Handle employee relations matters.Interpret and apply employment legislation.Manage disciplinary processes and grievance resolutions.HR Administration:Execute and streamline HR processes with precision.Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.Leave Administration:Oversee leave policies and processes.Address employee queries regarding leave balances and policies.Payroll Administration:Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.Requirements:Minimum Matric qualification.Human Resources Diploma is mandatory.At least 3 years of proven experience in HR Administration.Strong Industrial Relations (IR) experience.Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
