Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for the 2X-3X Business Growth Company Overview: BGR, a global executive search firm, is hiring on behalf of a Hong Kong-based, Indian-origin leading global player in the office and hospital furniture industry. With operations in over 100+ countries, our client is on an ambitious growth path through their 2X-3X Business Growth Initiative. This initiative aims to double their revenue in the next three years by scaling operations, expanding into new markets (CIS, USA, Europe), and diversifying product lines in sectors such as office furniture, medical supplies, and MSP services. Position Overview: As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue growth by 2X-3X over the next 3-4 years. This is a global leadership role, responsible for spearheading market expansion, leveraging technology for business optimization, and leading customer acquisition strategies in both B2B and B2C channels. You will manage global stakeholder relationships, including investors, partners, and internal teams, while driving the company's ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth and Global Market Expansion
- Develop and implement strategies for 2X-3X revenue growth in global markets, focusing on CIS, USA, and key sectors.
- Lead B2B and B2C channel development and market entry efforts.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement.
- Integrate digital tools for seamless sales, marketing, and operational optimization.
- Lead capital-raising efforts (equity and debt) to secure the funding required for growth initiatives.
- Optimize capital allocation to ensure maximum ROI for business expansion.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies for both B2B and B2C channels, leveraging a deep understanding of global consumer behavior.
- Align product offerings with market trends and customer needs to optimize revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage global stakeholder relationships to achieve growth objectives.
- Form strategic alliances, joint ventures, and execute M&A deals to accelerate growth.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices and integrating technology for scalable growth.
- Optimize processes across regions to ensure consistent execution of growth strategies.
- Achieve 2X-3X revenue growth within 3-4 years.
- Successfully expand into new markets and increase market share in CIS, USA, and other target regions.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
- Enhance operational efficiency and technology integration to improve profit margins.

- Experience: 15+ years in senior growth leadership roles with proven success in driving 2X-3X revenue growth over 3-4 years. (Must have managed >1000cr revenue)
- Global Business Expertise: Strong background in leading global business initiatives, with expertise in consumer goods, channels, and retail (B2B and B2C).
- Technology-Driven Growth: Experience in leveraging technology and data analytics for business optimization and growth.
- Fundraising and Capital Strategy: Proven track record in raising capital and managing financial growth strategies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in building and scaling high-performance teams globally.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with investors, partners, and cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Base Salary: INR 70-90 Lakhs per annum
- Performance Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, based on growth achievements
- Equity/ESOPs: 1-2% equity stake, linked to reaching growth milestones
- Leadership Development: Executive training and international growth opportunities
