THE CHALLENGE Demyst has enjoyed GTM success with our foundational product suite through word of mouth and a strong referral network across data leaders globally. But as we launch a new product, Zonic (), we will accelerate from that position and target new audiences. Taking forward Demyst’s reputation and expertise, and applying them to a new brand, new product, and new digital audience is the core focus for the role. Reporting to the Head of GTM, we are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead the MQL charge. This role is highly operational, with a key focus on creativity, optimization, and driving successful results from our client campaigns. You will have a strong focus on marketing automation, growth hacking, and optimizing engagement in a new segment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about progressing in the new world order of b2b marketing, through creative and data-driven strategies. You will need to cut through the noise and reach a new segment and act as an “army of one”, interacting across a global team, to deliver marketing objectives. This role is remote first, and based in Australia EST time zone, with a preference for Sydney location to support frequent in person engagement, especially in the onboarding period. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and automate our marketing activities and content across all products, audiences and use cases to optimize awareness, nurture leads and drive MQL conversions
- Do so across a full-suite of channels, particularly digital (paid and organic), traditional outbound (email) and in person (conference and hosted event)
- Craft, optimize, and scale high-quality messaging, content and collaterals at both segment and account based levels, working in cross-functional collaboration with product managers and sales professionals
- Take a data-driven approach, tracking and analyzing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content - reporting regularly on campaign performance and KPIs
- Oversee and execute website changes and management using Demyst’s CMS, campaign manager, and analytics tools, creating scripts and workflows that enhance marketing efficiency
- Design and execute growth hacking strategies, both direct and via alliances or other indirect channels, evangelizing new avenues of growth
- Conduct market research, and experiment with innovative approaches to boost engagement and lead generation
- Explore and implement new technologies, such as automation and Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): WordPress, ButterCMS (or similar)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Pipedrive, SFDC (or similar)
- Graphic Design Tools: Figma
- Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics
- Automation: Python, RESTful and SOAP apis, RPA tools like UiPath (or similar)
- 3-5 years of successfully driving top of funnel pipeline and MQLs
- Bachelor degree in marketing (or similar)
- Proven experience in a growth focussed role, with workflow automation or similar technologies and Financial Services audiences desired
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to create compelling content
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Innovative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new technologies
