Under the trust anchor of the Saudi National Root CA run by the Government of Saudi Arabia, NCDC.

The BTC commercial CA is the certification authority under the Saudi NCDC root CA. This is achieved by the NCDC root CA issuing a digitally signed BTC CA certificate that authenticates the public key of the commercial CA. BTC commercial CA is responsible for issuing and managing digital certificates to commercial sector like Governments,banks, universities, companies, entities, non-human subscribers (like servers and devices) within the commercial domain of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The BTC commercial CA is hosted in baud telecom company's shared data center (in Riyadh) which is responsible for managing BTC CA operations.
