Social Worker (Senior) Level 2 Lincolnshire County Council Adult Care has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join us in our Spalding Adult Frailty and Long-Term Condition team. The workload is varied and interesting and we can guarantee that you will be supported at every step along the way. Level 2 Social Workers will lead by example and provide supervision, offer sound and accurate case guidance and support to colleagues. You will be required to visit people in their own homes as well as CQC registered care homes. About You It goes without saying that you must be registered with Social Work England and be able to evidence your registration number. You'll need extensive post qualifying experience, along with:

  • Dynamism, innovation, flexibility and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working autonomously, planning and prioritize a complex workload.
  • A demonstrable ability to lead and supervise.
  • A thorough understanding of the Care Act 2014 and key legislation along with-it application.

About the Spalding Team There are 17 team members which comprise a mixture of Social Workers and Community care officers carrying a caseload of vulnerable adults with a physical disability or elderly frail.
