Senior Data Analyst/ Data Scientist

Our client, a global name in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst/ Data Scientist to join their team on a 15 month contract. This role is fully remote from within the republic of Ireland. Description: Lead data analytics initiatives from start to finish, ensuring insights influence product and experience design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify insight requirements and goals. Gain a deep understanding of clickstream and additional data sources. Analyze customer data to assess data quality and audience relevance for stakeholders. Knowledge of Google Tag Management (GTM): experience with GTM, including managing tags, triggers, and variables, is advantageous. Establish baseline metrics for projects and track the impact of improvements, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Work effectively with colleagues, customers, and partners, communicating insights clearly. Monitor project phases and share updates with stakeholders. Provide project-wide visibility on enhanced data, measured journeys, and completed proof of concepts (POCs). Demonstrate forward-thinking by identifying synergies across projects for idea generation. Requirements: Degree in a related field is preferred. Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting data pipelines in Databricks is a plus. Solid technical expertise in data science and statistical modeling 5+ years of experience with SQ 5+ years of experience with Python or R Strong communication skills for explaining proposal rationales and navigating complex design issues across the organization.
