Job Title: Order Fulfillment Officer
Department: B2B
Reports To: B2B manager
Summary of Role: Operations coordinator is responsible for B2B marketplace order fulfillment operations, in order to give EZEE customers and sellers the seamless delivery experience in an efficient manner, to fulfill Raya strategy, goals and objectives set by management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up with the sellers on daily basis to prepare their orders and drop them in EZEE WH.
- Follow up with the warehouse to make sure that the dropped items are corresponding to ordered items.
- Update orders status on marketplace spreadsheets on daily basis, either delivered or returned.
- Follow up with the seller to collect the returned items, and update the marketplace spreadsheets accordingly.
- Confirm the payment collection per order and update the data accordingly.
- Send to finance the daily report of the delivered orders.
- Send to finance the weekly payment request per seller.
- Confirm with the sellers their received payments and accounts balances.
- Make the training to the sellers when needed.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions.
- Excellent attention to detail
