EMPLOYMENT SOLICITORc. 2-4 YRS' PQELONDON LAW FIRMISLINGTON & FLEX WORKINGWe are working for a progressive, Islington based, full service firm of solicitors providing quality service to individuals and businesses.We are looking for an Employment Solicitor with c. 2-4 years' PQE to join the firm. The role will entail advising on the full scope of non-contentious and contentious employment law, including:Advising on employment contracts and policiesPerformance and absence managementDisciplinary and grievance proceduresManaging restructuring, redundancies, and settlement agreementsAdvising on TUPE and other corporate issuesYou will also be required to deal with and be familiar with Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, with a mix of claimant and respondent work.The culture of this firm is unique: the flexibility offered is fantastic, and they run a happy ship.
