• Role as direct support logistic task to Logistic & Warehouse Manager.
• In-charge for import & export document preparation & re-confirmation such as Invoice/DO/PL/BL/LOL/COA, etc.
• Coordinate and resolve mid-level complex issues with internal customers such as Customer Service (BRB SG), Finance, and others for intercompany processes.
• Monitor and follow up with external parties such as forwarding agents, shipping agents, and 3PL warehouses for daily operations.
• Assist in preparing & submitting Tax Exemption applications to MIDA / MITI / Customs.
• Manage FCL / LCL / Air freight / Inland transit export shipment bookings via Port Klang / Kuantan Port / KLIA Airport with daily export data listing updates in G Drive.
• Monitor import container status and import table schedule.
• Manage all import & export hardcopy or softcopy documentation for Deloitte audit / Customs audit purposes.
• AX system posting on process overview of Sales orders for Customer service reference.
• Intercommunicate with Shipment planner and production planner for stock readiness upon export shipment to meet customer service requirements.
• Support import/export on Albatross Plant Expansion project tasks.
• Verify local delivery conditions with posting packing lists and update AX status to acknowledge the Finance Department for commercial invoice generation.
• Support DDEL shipment process for BRB SG team.
• Assist R&D team for consumable item trucking service pick up and delivery to interim lab.
• New product registration approval from FMM on “certificate of Origin” application and submission.
• Support the Port Klang / Gebeng 3PL warehouse physical count process.

• At least 3 years of logistics (manufacturing) or shipping line or freight forwarding line working experience.
• Understanding of import and export knowledge and requirements.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to support.
• Experience with AX / SAP systems.
• Incoming goods receipt process / outgoing goods process management.
• Local delivery trucking arrangement.
• Submission of various applications such as Certificate of Origin / Form D and customs requirements.
• Experience in E-custom / Port System (Port Klang) / CTOS (Kuantan).
