Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret statutes, regulations, case law, and legal opinions to provide insightful and well-organized summaries and reports for attorneys and legal teams.
- Perform exhaustive legal research by utilizing diverse online databases, libraries, and reputable sources to compile relevant data and precedent cases concerning specific legal matters.
- Monitor and update the legal team on recent developments in pertinent legal domains to enable informed decisions and agile case handling.
- Engage in productive collaboration with attorneys and legal colleagues to enhance legal arguments and provide valuable input for trial and hearing preparations.
- Examine and decipher statutes, regulations, case law, and legal opinions, preparing articulate and comprehensive summaries and reports for use by the legal department.
- Visit courts and police stations as required.
- Excellent communication skills: Effective communication is essential for a legal researcher to present findings concisely, draft clear legal memos, and collaborate with attorneys and other team members.
- Demonstrates a keen understanding of legal research technology, enhancing productivity and accuracy in the research process.
- Advanced analytical aptitude, adept at examining complex legal texts and identifying pivotal legal arguments.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in analyzing legal precedents, and synthesizing relevant information for legal professionals.
- Holding a UAE driving license and having access to a car.
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English.
