On behalf of Threads Styling, we are looking for a Junior Personal Shopper to join our team in the Middle East. Reporting to our Senior Personal Shopping Manager for the Middle East, our Junior Personal Shoppers will drive the sale of luxury items to a global clientele by being the first port of call for all customer requests. You will build, maintain, and develop important relationships with your clients to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible. You are expected to have a client book of regular and loyal clients which you will continue to build and develop. As well as your base salary, you will also receive a great commission structure plus bonus. Through social and chat-based media, we inspire our international client base to discover the rarest luxury items. We then search the globe to procure them for our clients. What you'll be doing The Threads Junior Personal Shopper will be facilitating the sale of luxury items to a global clientele by being the first port of call for customer requests. You will build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with your clients to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible.
- Talking directly with clients via chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales
- Holding personal shopping appointments domestically and internationally (if required)
- Connecting directly with clients via chat-based media to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries, and sell desired items
- Building and owning your own personal client book
- Analysing client profiles and implementing strategies to develop sales year-on-year
- Identifying key industry partnership opportunities and introducing these to Threads
- Managing towards annual and monthly sales portfolio targets
- Researching, sourcing, and finding products to satisfy your clients' requests and needs
- Building strong relationships with suppliers to gain access to products
- Driving margin percentages to maximise business revenue
- Collaborating with the global social media team to identify and maximize sales opportunities
- Working closely with the internal departments that impact the overall customer journey (brand partnerships, sourcing, creative, dispatch, and finance)
- Representing the company as a brand ambassador
- Established and loyal long-standing client list and transferable relationships
- An autonomous self-starter who’s always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives under pressure
- Social media savvy and confident with learning to use new platforms
- Motivated by personal sales targets and enjoys exceeding them with an analytical approach
- Extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market
- Strong desire to motivate, lead by example, and collaborate well with others
- Proactive, self-motivated, and self-starter approach
- Confident using Mac and G-suite (Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.)
- Deep product and brand awareness with strong sales knowledge
- Experience with luxury goods and a high-net-worth client base with a customer-first approach
- Social media knowledge and confident in using new platforms
- Role based in Dubai and may require some travel to KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain
