Responsibilities include:Supporting students with development and ultimately submitting a Capstone Leadership Project Proposal and Completion Form.Developing a project management plan for your students' capstone leadership project and conducting biweekly to monthly sessions, aligning with your own schedule, to aid the student in the execution of the project.Remaining with paired students until completion of their project.Liaising with the ECL Admin team and the student Strategist to ensure that the student's capstone leadership project is on track and their experience is satisfactory.
