Looking for Sales Coordinator at Gulf Medical Co Ltd in KSAAugust 09, 2024Company: Gulf Medical Co LtdDesignation: Sales Coordinator-KhobarIndustry Type: Medical/ Hospital/HealthcareJob Period: Full TimeSkills:Very good skills in MS-OfficeVery good skills in general computer utilizationAcceptable skills in basic computer problem solvingResponsibilities:Follow up on tenders to coordinate and finalize with the salesman in submitting tender offersPreparation of official letters for customersAssist in preparation of quotations (Manual Quotations, System Quotations, Supportive Quotations)Preparation of Gate pass and Delivery NotesOffice Support such as Binding, Faxing, scanning, and printingArranging Hotel & Flight BookingsModify Orders according to customer needs based on what is informed by the salesmanCollect and follow up on Monthly sales reportsArranging the requirements for meetings & conferencesResponsible to organize and maintain Files & RecordsKeeping track of pending invoices and their statusFollowing up with operations on delivery status for outstanding orders and urgent deliveries or zero stockDesired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Business Management/Administration/MIS or related fieldLanguage: Good skills in English language (Reading/Writing/Conversation)About Company: Gulf Medical Company was founded in 1983 as a medical supply company specialized in the sales and marketing of medical devices and equipment, with the sole proprietorship of the vision "To bring the most innovative state of the art medical technology and solutions to our market".
