Logistic Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our cargo company in Sharjah, UAE. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and promoting our cargo services throughout the UAE and Gulf countries.
Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within the defined territory.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers in the UAE and other Gulf countries.
Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of our cargo services, including shipping, logistics, and warehousing capabilities.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of cargo service agreements to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role within the cargo or logistics industry.
Must understand how to work with drivers and the routes.
Must understand export and import requirements.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cargo services, shipping logistics, and related industry practices.
Familiarity with UAE and Gulf countries market dynamics.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Willingness to travel within the UAE and Gulf countries, as required.

Pay: AED3,300.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
