Identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits or market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee product development and monitor the need for new products and services. Suggest programs to enhance the effectiveness of the Marketing department. Conduct periodic meetings with agents and clients to ensure smooth job order processes. Handle overall marketing objectives of the company both externally and internally. Participate in determining training needs of subordinates and evaluate training outcomes in coordination with the Recruitment and OD Manager. Eight years of experience in marketing, with at least three in a supervisory position in the Medical Sector or any Health Care field. Professional certificate is a plus. Maximum Age: 38 years. Experience in the KSA Market is preferable. Proficiency in written, read, and spoken Arabic and English Languages.
