These positions will have primarily pediatric caseloads.Meridian has a unique employment model. While many rehabilitation companies operate on a sub-contractor model, we hire employees. “Team” is important to us: we are looking for people who want to make a commitment to a team, and we offer commitment in return. Full-time hours are guaranteed, but we pay our therapists by the hour in order to allow for a fully flexible schedule. Even though we have flexible work hours, our staff still receive the benefits of being employees, including paid admin time, paid sick-days, paid stat and vacation, and extended health benefits. We provide ongoing mentorship, education and training to our therapy team. For example, every employee in our company has weekly mentorship sessions with a senior therapist. Plus, there are ample opportunities to collaborate with colleagues on a daily basis at the clinic.
