*Job Summary*:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical and technology sales, with a passion for business development. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for sales of Irrigation and Manure Management equipment within a territory covering much of western Canada and western United States. You will effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the sales effort within the designated territory to drive the growth of revenue, and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.As a qualified candidate, you will possess the following:* A proven track record of successful territory management and sales growth;* Strong territory analysis and sales planning skills;* Strong presentation skills;* Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations to current and potential customers in a clear manner;* Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization;* Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills; and* Be a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, ever changing environment.*Travel: *This role will require extensive travel within Canada and the United States. During the first six (6) months in the role, travel may be 25-50% of the time. Typically, one would expect to be travelling approximately 25% of the time. As such, a valid drivers’ license with clean abstract and passport is required.*Responsibilities*:* Prepare an execute plans to achieve sales targets.* Build upon existing dealer relationships, while also growing the dealer network within your territory.* Prepare and review equipment quotations.* Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on sales activities and market trends.* Analyze the industry and create projections.* Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to build strong brand loyalty.* Manage designated territory and customers to maximize equipment sales.* Sell parts or service to increase customer retention rate.* Travel within the territory to drive sales and support dealers.* Making sales calls to current and potential customers and dealers.* Attend trade shows both as an exhibitor and as an attendee.*Qualifications*:* A post-secondary education in any discipline is preferred.* A minimum of 2 years of territory sales experience.* A track record of success in sales.* The ability to travel for work (valid driver’s license, and passport).*What Cadman Power Equipment Can Offer You:*Cadman Power Equipment offers competitive compensation with no cap on commissions.
