About the Role: As a Territory Sales Manager for Caci, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and success of our franchisee-owned and company-owned clinics across the South Island, from urban centers to remote locales. Your leadership will empower clinic teams to excel, fostering a high-performance, customer-centered culture that delivers impressive results and strengthens Caci’s position as a leader in skincare and beauty. Your Impact:
- Revenue Growth: Lead territory-wide business strategies, tailored to local market needs and franchisee life cycles. You’ll be a key player in reaching and exceeding revenue targets, with your clinics consistently achieving benchmark results.
- Hands-On Leadership: Regularly visit clinics to inspire teams, identify opportunities, and implement local marketing and sales initiatives that enhance growth and community presence.
- Stakeholder Influence: Gain buy-in and inspire Business Partners to excel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data insights and tech tools to drive continuous improvement across the territory, ensuring your strategies are both effective and scalable.

- Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in a franchise or multi-unit retail environment.
