Job Summary

A leading real estate company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector. This position is critical to the company's success as they seek to enhance their market position and capitalize on emerging trends in the dynamic real estate market of Riyadh and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase company growth and revenue.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, investors, developers, property owners, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
  5. Generate and qualify leads for new projects and real estate opportunities aligned with company goals.
  6. Lead negotiations for deals, including crafting customized proposals and ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial and in the company's best interest.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery, overseeing the entire project development process from conceptualization to completion.
  8. Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external organizations to facilitate project approvals and financing.
  9. Drive the sales process for real estate assets, ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports on market conditions, potential opportunities, and performance metrics to senior management.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a valid sponsorship transfer.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus).
  3. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development within the real estate and property development industry, ideally with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
  4. Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
  5. Proven track record in deal sourcing, negotiations, and closing high-value real estate transactions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including experience in financial modelling and feasibility studies.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  9. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Competitive salary range of SAR 200,000 - SAR 350,000 including housing allowance, transportation allowance, and medical insurance.
