Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to join our team. This entry-level, full-time remote position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in instructional design. The role involves assisting in the development of engaging learning materials and supporting the instructional design team in various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing instructional materials for online courses and training programs.
- Collaborate with senior instructional designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Support the creation of interactive and engaging learning content using e-learning authoring tools.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information for course content.
- Review and revise content based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure all learning materials align with established learning objectives and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Up to one year of experience in instructional design or a related role; internships or academic projects are acceptable.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
