Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of working experience on school systems or related applications/systems preferred - Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accountancy or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player and 100% commitment
- Ability to set and meet deadlines and an ability to perform under pressure. •Experience in providing first level support via phone, email and online.
- Enthusiasm for continual learning
- Have fundamental knowledge in school systems
- Must have at least strong analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Has an eye for detail, willing to be trained, and fast learner
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with potentially multiple assignments
Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
