You will work in a multinational and diverse environment, where you're encouraged to grow and learn.As a Project Manager you will help the company grow into new territories and lead implementations of the ERP platform. You will join at an exciting time while the company continues their growth where you will be a key figure in driving this forward.This is initially a fully remote role with some travel to potential clients and you have the opportunity to help grow a presence of the company within the Netherlands.Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers.Conduct presentations and workshops for clients to showcase our clients ERP solutions.Develop project plans and solution proposals based on user stories and client needs.Manage customer acquisition processes, including lead generation and follow-up.Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of ERP solutions.Estimate project scope and resources, and develop comprehensive project plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.Travel to the clients location if needed for Workshops or Demonstrations.Requirements:Native Dutch (NL) language proficiency.Fluent in English (ENG) in spoken and written communication.Proven experience in leading ERP implementations.Experience in managing budgets.Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working with Agile Methodology.Degree in IT or Business Administration or associated fields.Nice to have experience in demonstrating ERP products effectively to clients.Nice to have experience with Odoo.Keys to Success:Leverage knowledge of the ERP market to help obtain new clients and to play a key role in expanding the business.Strong communication and presentation skills.Our Client offers:A modern working culture with flat hierarchy.Good learning and development opportunities (access to internal and external trainings).Attractive salary and employment benefits including a company car.Trust in your expertise, no micromanaging.Team events.Sounds interesting?
