This role includes enhancing market presence and ensuring operational excellence.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the management and operation of hotels and restaurants.Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the hospitality industry.Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the subsidiary's business portfolio.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, enhance market presence, and increase the subsidiary's market share.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the subsidiary, ensuring efficient management of hotels and restaurants, maintaining high standards of service, and optimizing operational performance.Lead, mentor, and develop the subsidiary's management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to ensure the subsidiary's financial health and compliance with company policies.Collaborate with the holding company's executive team and other subsidiaries to align business development efforts with overall company goals and strategies.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development or a similar role within the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a management position.Extensive knowledge of the hotel and restaurant management industry, including market trends, competitive landscapes, and operational best practices.Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies and growth initiatives.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
