This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in Saudi Arabia. The team invests via direct equity structures across multiple sectors internationally.What the job involvesInvolvement in all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across sectors including due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation and creation of all investment committee materials.Support the monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies and recommend corrective actions.Take responsibility for the development and analysis of financial models as well as participation in due diligence.You will also gain some exposure to the portfolio companies.Who we are looking forExperience from a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or sovereign wealth fund.Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.Master's degree, CFA and/or MBA is preferred.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full time.Job ID: 13463
